What To Expect
Thorough Consultation
At the beginning of every appointment, our stylists will give a thorough consultation to each guest. Your stylist will ask questions to learn what you would like accomplished during the service; how you currently take care of and style your hair; what your goals are for the texture, cut, and color of your hair; and how much you would like to invest in your hair. Answering these questions as accurately as possible will help your stylist create a plan to achieve the look that you envision for yourself.

At Legacy Hair by Kaur, we believe in growing the next generation of talented stylists through our hands-on apprenticeship and training programs. By booking with one of our apprentices or newly licensed stylists, you’ll receive high-quality hair services at a reduced rate while supporting the future of the beauty industry.

Booking Policies
To book an appointment with us, we require a card on file. We also ask for a 72-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We suggest bringing inspiration photos; a list of products that you currently use on your hair, including shampoo and conditioner; and a history of the chemical processes your hair has been through previously.

No! As long as you inform us of your decision before 72 hours ahead of your appointment, there will be no fee.

Street parking is available in front of the salon on James Street. If there are no open spots, we suggest parking on Virginia or King Street.
