Hi I'm Jaxx! I have had a passion for fun and funky hair for as long as I can remember. I love bright fun colors, lots of texture, and even sleek modern looks! My goal is to provide a space for guests to feel safe and heard, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community. I want to provide gender affirming, empowering, and confidence-boosting looks to queer and trans people. Outside of the salon you can usually find me reading, playing with my dogs, or exploring! I am a long-time Bellingham local and love to try new places.

I am a Mexican girl who loves to learn new things. I love animals and taking care of the environment. I have three cats that live with me here in the United States and five more in Mexico. I am passionate about my career as a cosmetologist because I like to make others feel good about themselves. I also like to travel and get to know different places and their cultures. Some of my favorite places I’ve visited are Costa Rica, Europe (especially Paris), Canada, and Cancun, Mexico. I also really like music; I used to play alto saxophone and I am currently learning to play the guitar.

Hi! I’m a pretty big homebody! I love to relax at home with my cats spending my days doing puzzles, paint by numbers and reading. When I’m not at home you can find me in a cafe, thrifting or in the salon!

My goal is to create a space where every client feels comfortable, especially queer and trans people seeking an affirming experience. I love to be creative, so colorful and unique hair is where my talent shines the most. Outside of the salon, I am usually making jewelry, antiquing, taking a dance class, or at home with my perfect cat son, Jasper!
